A private Melbourne-based investor acquiring established Victorian businesses, with more than a decade of experience in Australian private equity and institutional investing, and an earlier background in aerospace engineering, construction, and property development. Nucore is the acquisition vehicle, formed to acquire and hold a single Victorian commercial trade services business over many years. We will work directly with the founder, design a transaction to suit their timeline, and take seriously the responsibility that comes with succeeding someone who built the business.
